O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner may be directed to deposit some amount for releasing of vehicle, which was seized by the third respondent and under the custody of the first and the second respondents.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made on behalf of the respondents, the following direction is issued :

"(a)the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand only) before the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

(b)on such deposit being made, the first respondent is directed to release the vehicle forthwith, without any further delay, which is now under the custody of the first and second respondents; and (c)in case, if no such deposit is made, the present order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court."

3. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
