(CRIME NO. 386 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD).No.9005/2020 dated 27.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 27.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.9005 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 18/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
