2. It is represented that the petitioner's representation has to be considered by the Nodal Officer, who is the Superintendent of Police-I, Cyber Crime Division, Cyber Crime Wing, Chennai.

Hence, the first line of paragraph No.7 of the order dated 04.09.2025 shall read as follows:

''In view of the above, the petitioner shall send a representation to the Superintendent of Police-I, Cyber Crime Division, Cyber Crime Wing, Chennai.''

4. In ''Note'' portion and address portion, the above change shall be carried out.

5. The Registry is directed to issue amended order copy on 19.09.2025.
