ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the complaint, dated 21.04.2022 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.05.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) wants two weeks time to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.04.2022 and 24.05.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation and dispose of the representation given by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
