This Writ Petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the 3rd Respondent who is stated to be illegally operating / plying the vehicle.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the 3rd Respondent is no longer operating / plying the vehicle.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that there is nothing to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition.
