2. The respondent police is directed to follow the procedures stated in the Section 41A of Cr.P.C., and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and further the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
