Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH KUMAR R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond as stipulated in the order passed by this Court in crl.OP(MD)No.8566 of 2022, dated 06.05.2022..

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.8566 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2022. in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8566 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
