ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents 3 to 5 to take action against the respondents 9 to 14 for issuing the forged regularization order vide Naa.Kaa.No.9000661/I/2017, dated 07.04.2017 and 10.04.2017 by initiating a criminal proceeding under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. The grievance set out in the writ petition shows that some persons have submitted forged regularisation order for confirmation of their services. Since it is a service matter Public Interest Litigation is not entertained. In respect of the allegation of forged submission of documents, the departments have to verify the same, if necessary, by registering an appropriate complaint.
