Respondents PRAYER : This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for all the records pertaining to the passing of the order Na.Ka.No. 2/23515/2016 dated 07.12.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondents to pay the compensation as per the provision of Act 30 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, and National Highways Act, 1956.

petitioner. It appears that the petitiner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
