O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund the excess amount recovered from the petitioner's bank account on 20.11.2025 and 27.01.2026 for the assessment period from April 2023 to March 2024, pertaining to GSTIN No.33JSMPS5213J1ZA.

2. The petitioner contends that the third respondent has recovered GST in excess of the actual tax liability determined for the said assessment period.

3. Mr. R. Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered in 2/5

accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said submission is taken on record.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
