This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 18.07.2021.
