(Minor second respondent through her mother and guardian the first respondent) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur in dismissing the revision petition filed by the petitioner herein in C.R.P.No. 4 of 2021, dated. 24.02.2022 and confirming the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam in M.C.No. 01 of 2018 dated 25.01.2021 in partly allowing the petition filed by the respondent herein and directing the petitioner herein to pay a sum of Rs. 4,000/- to the first respondent herein and Rs.1,000/- to the second respondent herein per month totalling in all Rs.5,000/- from the date of filing the said petition by the respondent herein i.e., 02.02.2018.
