2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the notice issued under Section 7 of the Act, dated 10.06.2019, indicating that the consequential action would be taken.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition stands disposed of, by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pass appropriate final orders, in accordance with law and after affording due opportunity the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
