ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.19191 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18461 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, and that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 11.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.19191 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18461 of 2025 is relaxed in toto.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16-04-2026 mkn 2/4
