Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.9310/2021/Aa1 dated 07.10.2021 and consequent order in Na.Ka.No. 9460/2022/Aa1 dated 24.03.2023 and quash the same and directing the first respondent to recognize the petitioner as Trustee of the temple namely Sri Arulmigu Amuthalingesbarar Swami Temple and Sri Muthumari Amman Temple, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District exclusively belonging to Aruppukottai Nadargal Uravinmurai Pothu Abiviruthi Trust (Reg.No. 171/1999) based upon the resolution of the Devasthana Board dated 11.09.2022 and based upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2022.

After arguing for a considerable length of time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
