ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.474 of 2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the FIR in Crime No.474 of 2020 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS.No.58 of 2020 has also been filed before the Concerned Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the closure report has not brought on the petitioner's knowledge and after filing this petition, they served the copies to his house.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.10453 of 2022 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate and to pursue his remedy in accordance with law.
