2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation, dated 19.07.2018 seeking to grant permission forthwith for Innisai Katcheri scheduled to be held on 10.08.2018 at night as indoor program within the temple premises, on account of "Temple Festival" of "Arulmigu Sri Mannaraja temple" at Kannankulam, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. No order has been passed till date. Hence, the petitioner filed this present writ petition before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent in accordance with law.

considering the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 08.08.2018, after providing an opportunity to the parties concerned. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
