This petition is filed by the petitioner not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint of the private respondents on the basis of petitioner`s representation dated 10.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioner and third respondent. The third respondent caused life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, he sent a representation to the second respondent, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same was closed and they have not harassed the petitioner and the same was closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4, is inclined to pass orders.
