The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that pursuant to the impugned order dated 18.06.2019 wherein the third respondent herein was directed to report for duty as Community Organizer in the place of the petitioner who had not reported for duty, it is now stated that the impugned order dated 18.06.2019 itself has been recalled by the first respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.11409/2019/UPA3 dated 19.09.2019. 2. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
