Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on written instructions would submit that the 2nd respondent addressed a letter to him dated 03.12.2024, wherein it has been stated that there is no necessity to recover the amount from the writ petitioner. He further submitted that the order impugned in this writ petition was recalled by the 2nd respondent herein i.e., Sub Treasury Officer, Srivilliputhur,
2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the Learned Additional Government Pleader nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
