2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4797 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4853 of 2024 order dated 25.04.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on monthly once i.e.,first working day of every month before the respondent police until further orders.
