was a member and the first respondent is the master policy holder of the scheme and consequently, direct the respondents to adjust the outstanding loan amount in Account No.HL-099603351300005 with the claim available under the liability insurance scheme on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023.

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.R.Murali, for Mr.V.Balai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the bank.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only purpose of filing the writ petition is that the respondent bank should provide the policy details. The loan was insured. The policy details had not been provided with.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the bank, on instructions, submits that within a period of two weeks from today, the policy details along with documents would be provided to the petitioner.
4. The statement is accepted.
