PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2020 on the basis of the 1st respondent order in Pa.Mu.Aa1/4079-2019 dated 30.09.2020 and consequently issue patta to petitioner's land, which is situated in Survey No.178/32, having extent of 0.01.50 ares at Velangudi Village, Velangudi Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.
