ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the respondent nos.3 to 8 based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry on the petitioner's complaint is in progress and the enquiry will be completed soon.

3. Let the above said complaint be enquired and the enquiry will be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.

4.With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
