When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the writ appeal in W.A. (MD).No.892 of 2020 was filed against the order passed in W.P. (MD).No.11357 of 2015 and obtained stay in C.M.P.(MD).No.4869 of 2020.

2.
