ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the father of the victim the present complaint has been registered and investigation is still pending.
