ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 Not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to identify that aps handing threatening and take necessary action against them.

2.According to the petitioner, he had lodged a complaint against some unknown persons and requested to take action against them. But, no action has been taken by the respondents instead, they harassed the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Original Petition.

3.According to the prosecution, the petitioner has not cooperated for the enquiry. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry as and when required by serving summons to the petitioner.

5.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct and complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry as and when required by serving summons to him.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
