3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the content of the above said Final Report.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
