Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the Impugned order passed by the 2rd respondent in his proceedings Ka.No.Ei.Ni.Po/Vini/Para/Ko.Kattu/A.No.658/16 dated 10.02.16 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to provide the electricity connection to the petitioner s house in Re-Survey No.915/2 of Eraniel Village having an extent of 15 cents and building bearing No.27/62C of Nulivilai Panchayat, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District on executing the indeminity bond under Clause 27 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Code 2004.
