Order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.13754 of 2019, dated 8th April 2025 reads as under:- "Without going into the merits of this matter, we dispose the petition, with a direction that petitioner's application to the Collector for grant of patta be decided first, before action is taken as per the impugned notice.
2. Petitioner's application for grant of patta shall be decided within eight weeks from today. If the order to be passed is adverse to petitioner's interest, no action to be taken for a further period of four weeks.
3. All rights and contentions are kept open.
4. Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected interim application stands closed."
