Petitioner / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6051/2023 dt 31.03.2023 on the file of the Honourable Court related to execute a bond for a sum Rs.10000/- with two bolld related sureties.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6051 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 on the file of this Court related to execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two blood related sureties.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner relating to execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7025 of 2023 for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed."

4. The time for surrender and executing sureties of the petitioner is extended till 11.05.2023.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
