(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed grant leave to the petitioner to file this appeal against the order passed in WP(MD)No.3097/2026 dated 02.02.2026.

2. The petitioner is a third party. According to him, the impugned order was obtained by the 1st respondent / writ petitioner suppressing the true character of the land in encroachment, where already an eviction notice dated 03.02.2026 has been issued, but without challenging the same, the 1st respondent / writ petitioner misled the Court and obtained orders.
