O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue fresh patta in respect of the petitioner in S.No.234/4B to extent of about 19.5 ares (48 cents) situated at Unjampatty Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. The petitioner relies on the order of the second respondent [wrongly mentioned as third respondent in the prayer column] in Na.Ka.No. 2702/2020/A1 dated 30.10.2021. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation on 13.12.2024. However, as rightly pointed out by Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate, any application for patta has to be now preceded by online application and a representation. However, the petitioner has not made any online application as on date.

2.In view of the above, the petitioner is granted liberty to make online application within a period of two [2] weeks from the 2/5

date of receipt of a copy of this order and pay necessary charges, pursuant to which the third respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2024, in the light of the order of the second respondent dated 30.10.2021 and pass orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks, thereafter.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
