ORDER

The petitioner is a permit holder with a Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN74L 5707. Permit route is between Vadasery Bus stop to Kaniyakulam, Parayadi. Since he cannot turn the vehicle near Melaperuvilai CSI Church to RC Church in view of the narrow route, he sought for an alternative route. He made a representation to the respondents on 24.07.2018. The respondents have not considered his request. Aggrieved over the same, he preferred this writ petition.

2. Considering the request made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
