ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 420 IPC in Case No.RC 0322020A0006 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for CBI cases submitted that this case was registered by CBI, ACB, Chennai and case is now pending before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.
