The petitioner has approached this Court with an allegation that the second respondent is interfering in the money dispute pending between her and the private respondents, under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.160 of 2024 and it is closed on 29.03.2024.
