2. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents has no serious objection for allowing the applications to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 4th respondent.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the applications and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Moreover, the cause of action continues to survive, justifying the inclusion of the LRs of the deceased 4th respondent on record. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
