ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently. 2.According to the petitioner, he had filed a suit in O.S.36 of 2017 for permanent injunction against the Kaladevi who is the w/o Muthusamy the defacto complainant and the said suit was decreed on 05.01.2018. Therefore, the said complaint is purely civil in nature. But, the defacto complainant harassed the petitioner through the respondent police.

3.According to the prosecution, the petitioner has not cooperated for the enquiry and not produced the relevant documents. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry as and when required by serving summons to the petitioner.

5.In the light of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct and complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks, as per law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry as and when required on serving of summons to him. Till then, the respondent shall not be harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
