respondent herein to take necessary action upon my representation dated 20.03.2025 wherein seeking to set aside the order in his proceedings No.o.Mh;.2023/0103/23/171266TR dated 18.03.2023 and proceedings No.K.Mh;.gp.o.m4/176/2023 dated 17.03.2023 and delete the name of the fourth respondent in the patta in respect of the property in Survey No.86/11B and 86/12A respectively situated at Thiruvudaiyarpatti Village, Tiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District and consequently restore the original owner of Kaliyammal and continue the same.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his representation given to the third respondent on 20.03.2025, with regard to cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent.

2.However, the competent authority being Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppathur, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make appeal petition to the Revenue 2/5

Divisional Officer, enclosing a copy of the representation already given to the third respondent on 20.03.2025, within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appeal being preferred before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppathur, the Revenue Divisional Officer shall conduct necessary enquiry, give opportunity to the petitioner as well as fourth respondent and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks, thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
