The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 20/07/2018.

2.According to the prosecution, the complaint and the counter complaint given by both parties have been enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to seek his remedy in the manner known to law.
