The appellants herein are the petitioners in W.P.(MD)Nos.16066 to 10609 of 2015.
2. One Mrs. C.Santhi was the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.15906 of 2015. That writ petition was dismissed by an order passed on 21st April 2015. Following the same order, the Learned Single Judge has dismissed the present petitions from out of which these appeals arise.
3. It is brought to our notice that when W.A(MD)No.894 of 2016 is preferred against the order made in W.P.(MD)No.15906 of 2015 preferred by Mrs. C.Santhi, a Division Bench comprising of Justices R.Mahadevan and one of us namely, ( S.S.Sundar, J.) by order dated 25th May 2016, disposed of the said appeal with a direction to the appellate authority before whom an appeal was already preferred against the orders of cancellation of assignment, to deal with the same on merits, uninfluenced by the observations contained in the said judgment.
4. In view of the order passed in W.A(MD)No.894 of 2016, the present appeals also stand disposed of on similar terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
