ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.PETHU RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.MALINI on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by order, dated 17.11.2021, this Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund, Madurai, on or before 06.12.2021. The said condition has been complied with and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also filed. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
