PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint of the third and fourth respondents. For petitioner : Mr.R.M.Makesh Kumaravel For R-1 & R-2 : Mr.S.Manikandan, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) For R-3 & R-4 : Mr.C.Prabhu O RDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint of the third and fourth respondents. 1/4
2. The case of the petitioner is that the third and fourth respondents made a complaint against the petitioner before the respondent Police as if the petitioner collected the money for securing job and the same was not honoured. Thereby, the respondent Police called the petitioner for enquiry, for which, the petitioner appeared before them, at that time, the respondent Police had harassed him.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 29.06.2022.
4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
