PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide the balance 75% of crop insurance amount to the petitioners at Urappuli Revenue Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District within the period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners for a direction, directing the respondents to provide the balance 75% of crop insurance amount to the petitioners at Urappuli Revenue Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the 2/4

representation submitted by the petitioners, dated 27.05.2019, after issuing notice to the parties concerned and after affording due opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
