The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2018.

2.According to the prosecution, the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 has been enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
