This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent bearing Na.Ka.No.35580/2016/A4, dated 13.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently, grant patta to the petitioner with respect of his land consisting area of 1 acre 53 cents comprised in S.No.19/1C of Kothaimangalam Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul in terms of the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Munsif Court, Palani in O.S.No.249/2013, dated 05.03.2018 and grant such other reliefs and in the nature and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience. 2/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 10.06.2024. On 10.06.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was adjourned to 13.06.2024. Subsequently, on 14.06.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, adjourned the matter under the caption for dismissal on 28.06.2024. Even today, (i.e., 28.06.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
