Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD). No.4308 of 2015 dated 20.01.2020 under the Contempt of Courts Act. Prayer in WP(MD). 4308 of 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relates to the impugned proceedings made in Na.Ka.NO.996/AA1/2012 dated 20.06.2013 on the file of the 4th respondent and to quash the same as illegal, arbirtrary and unsustainable in law and consequently direct the respondents herein to fix the pensionary benefits, DCRG in accordance with G.O.MS.No.202 School Edcuation Department (G2) Dated 24.09.2008 and pay the monthly pension at the revised rate and disburse the entire arrears accrued thereon to the petitioner herein with effect from 1.6.1988.

ORDER

Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No.4308 of 2015, dated 20.01.2020, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P (MD).No.4308 of 2015 dated 20.01.2020 has been stayed by the Hon'ble Appellate Court in W.A(MD).No.995 of 2020.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed for the present.
