This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent from issuing patta in favour of the fourth respondent with respect of the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.R.M.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.12707 of 2021 3.It is seen from records that this Court passed an order in W.P.(MD).No.8492 of 2021, which was filed by the fourth respondent, seeking for issuance of patta. The said writ petition was disposed of by an order, dated 23.04.2021, wherein, this Court has specifically directed the third respondent to issue notice to all interested persons before coming a decision. Sufficient safeguard has been given to the petitioner to put forth her objections and therefore, there is no necessity to stop the third respondent from proceeding further to consider the application filed by the fourth respondent.

4.Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
