Sudalaikannu, aged about 27 yeas, son of Duraipandian, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.3709 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 20.06.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
