Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, a Peace Committee was constituted by the respondents 1 to 4 and after collecting contribution from the petitioner, the communal festival of Fathima Matha Church was conduced peacefully.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
